為幫助我校外籍教師更好地與學校數字化發展建設同步伐，有效提升行政、教學及生活事務的參與度和工作效率，國際交流與合作處于10月30日中午在太阳集团城网址83138組織開展了“康小丁”平台使用指南專項培訓。本次培訓由國際交流與合作處副處長、港澳台事務辦公室副主任黃明珠副教授指導，外事專員首素豔老師擔任主持，外事專員黃彥鈞老師擔任主講，我校全體外籍教師、外國語學院左披荔老師等參會。

In order to help our foreign teachers keep pace with the digital development and construction of the school and improve their efficiency in administrative, academic and daily affairs, the Office of International Exchange & Cooperation (OIEC) held a hands-on training session on the use of the "KANG XIAO DING" at midday on 30 October in the International College. The session was guided by Associate Professor Huang Mingzhu, Deputy Director of OIEC and Deputy Director of the office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs, chaired by Shou Suyan, and presented by Huang Yanjun, all international faculty and Zuo Pili from the School of Foreign Languages attended the training. 

培訓聚焦“康小丁”平台的核心功能，圍繞教師請假申請、學生請假審批、宿舍報修、工資條查詢及學校郵箱入口等高頻使用場景展開系統講解。現場互動積極，反響熱烈。

Focusing on the platform's core functions, the training gave a step-by-step demonstration of high-frequency tasks such as leave application, student leave management, dorm maintenance requests, payslip enquiry and access to the campus email account. Live interaction was lively and well received.

培訓伊始，黃明珠發表緻辭。她首先對外籍教師的積極參與表示感謝，并高度肯定了他們在推動學校國際化進程、豐富校園文化多樣性方面所發揮的重要作用。她指出，外籍教師的加入是踐行“全球視野，本地行動”教育理念的關鍵師資力量。她強調，本次培訓不僅是平台使用的指導，更是學校優化行政服務、推進教學數字化轉型的重要舉措，希望全體外籍教師盡快熟悉平台功能，進一步提升教學與管理效率。

The speech at the beginning of the training delivered by Huang Mingzhu thanked the international faculty for their active participation and praised their vital contribution to the campus's internationalization and cultural diversity. She noted that international faculty are key to realizing the campus's educational philosophy of “global vision，local action”. The training, she stressed, is not only a practical guide but also an important measure to improve administrative services and advance digital teaching; she encouraged all international faculty to master the platform quickly and further enhance teaching and management efficiency.

在實操環節，黃彥鈞詳細介紹了“康小丁”平台作為校内一體化辦公系統的核心定位，涵蓋内部通訊、OA審批、資源預定等多項功能。培訓采用“講解+演示+現場實操”相結合的方式，逐步引導外籍教師學會完成相關操作。

During the hands-on session, Huang Yanjun introduced KANG XIAO DING's role as an official, all-in-one workplace and communication platform, covering internal communication, OA approvals and resource booking. Adopting a "explain-demo-practice" format, she walked international faculty through the relevant operations.

培訓過程中，工作團隊為外籍教師提供一對一現場指引，及時解答各類操作問題，現場交流氛圍活躍。參與外籍教師普遍認為，培訓内容專業、實用、針對性強，有效幫助他們提升了辦公效率與數字化應用能力。

The support team offered one-to-one guidance and answered questions on the spot, creating a lively, interactive atmosphere. Participants agreed the training was professional, practical and highly targeted, greatly boosting their work efficiency and digital competence.

未來，國際交流與合作處将持續開展此類專項培訓，不斷完善外籍教師服務與支持體系，為學校國際化辦學持續助力。

Going forward, the Office of International Exchange & Cooperation will continue to run such targeted workshops, constantly improving services and support for international faculty and furthering the campus's internationalization drive.
