（一）學校簡介Overview of GCC

太阳集团城网址83138前身是華南師範大學增城學院，是廣東省第一所由獨立學院轉設的普通本科高校。學校設經濟學院、管理學院、會計學院、外國語學院、法學院、信息技術與工程學院、現代信息産業學院、藝術設計學院、太阳集团城网址83138、數字經濟産業學院、馬克思主義學院、體育學院、繼續教育學院等13個學院，注重“新商科+泛ICT融合”特色學科專業群建設，形成了管理學、經濟學、文學、法學、工學、藝術學等多學科相互支持、交叉融合、協同發展的學科專業布局，旨在培養經濟社會發展需要的高素質應用型人才。學校現有省級實驗教學示範中心3個，校内實驗、實訓中心（室）215個，校外實踐教學基地323個以及與政府、企業共建的多個協同育人平台。現有全日制在校學生28000餘人，學校堅持以人才培養為中心，學校曆屆畢業生受到社會和用人單位的廣泛認可，曆屆就業率在90%以上。

Guangzhou College of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as “GCC”), formerly known as Zengcheng College of South China Normal University, is the first independent college in Guangdong Province to be successfully converted into a regular undergraduate institution. GCC comprises 13 different colleges, including School of Management, School of Economics, School of Accounting, School of Foreign Languages, School of Law, School of Information Technology & Engineering, School of Modern Information Industry, School of Art & Design, International College, School of Digital Economy Industry, School of Marxism, School of Physical Education and School of Continuing Education. GCC emphasizes developing specialized disciplines that blend “New Business Disciplines” with “Broad ICT Integration,” forming a multidisciplinary academic structure that supports the coordinated development of management, economics, literature, law, engineering, and the arts. Its mission is to cultivate high-quality, application-oriented talents to meet the needs of economic and social development. Currently, GCC hosts over 28,000 full-time students. It boasts 3 provincial-level experimental teaching demonstration centers, 215 on-campus laboratories and training centers, 323 off-campus practice teaching bases, and multiple collaborative education platforms established in collaboration with governments and enterprises. With a student-centered approach to talent development, GCC has consistently maintained an employment rate above 90% for its graduates, who are highly recognized by society and employers.

學校始終踐行“國際化”辦學理念，努力打造國際化辦學品牌，國際交流與合作走在廣東省同類院校前列。2002年，學校與澳大利亞南昆士蘭大學合辦國際會計專業，是廣東首批本科層次的中外合作辦學項目。2012年，學校與美國貝佛大學合辦物流管理專業雙學位項目，成為學校第2個獲得教育部批準的中外合作辦學項目。2022年，我校與美國南新罕布什爾大學合作舉辦的互聯網金融本科教育項目成功獲得教育部批準，使我校成為省内擁有最多中外合作辦學項目的高校。學校現已同美國、英國、澳大利亞、加拿大、新西蘭、德國、日本、韓國等境外140所知名高校建立合作關系，聯合開展“中外合作辦學雙學位項目”“國際聯合培養雙學位項目”“中英雙語創新班項目” “中外專本連讀國際班項目”等多模式的國際化辦學項目，形成“預、專、本、碩”一體化的國際教育格局，是廣東國際化辦學層次最多的本科高校之一。國際化辦學20餘年來，學校培養了19屆國際項目畢業生，近三年物流管理（中外合作辦學）雙學位項目平均升碩率達80%。在新華網主辦的第八屆“大國教育之聲”論壇活動中，學校榮獲“2017年度•品牌競争力中外合作院校”稱号。2021年，學校當選為“廣東省高等教育學會中外合作辦學研究分會副理事長單位”。

GCC upholds the principle of internationalization education, striving to build an internationalized brand of education and lead in international exchanges and cooperation among sister institutions in Guangdong Province. In 2002, GCC jointly established an international accounting program with the University of Southern Queensland in Australia, marking one of the first undergraduate-level Sino-foreign cooperative education projects in Guangdong Province. In 2012, GCC launched a dual-degree program in logistics management with Bellevue University in the United States, becoming our second Sino-foreign cooperative education project approved by the Ministry of Education. In 2022, our undergraduate Internet Finance program, developed in partnership with the University of New Hampshire in the USA, gained approval from the Ministry of Education, positioning GCC as the university in Guangdong Province with the highest number of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs. To date, GCC has established partnerships with 140 renowned universities across the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, Japan, South Korea and more. Together, we offer diverse international education programs, such as “Sino-Foreign Cooperative Dual-Degree Programs,” “International Joint Training Dual-Degree Programs,” “Chinese-English Bilingual Innovation Class Programs,” and “Sino-Foreign Cooperative International Program for Joint Diploma and Bachelor’s Degrees”. These diverse modes of international education have formed an integrated pattern of education at the diploma, undergraduate, and master levels, making GCC one of the undergraduate institutions in Guangdong Province with the highest level of internationalization in education. Over the past two decades, GCC has trained 19 cohorts of international program graduates. The average conversion rate to master's programs in logistics management (Sino-foreign cooperative education program) over the past three years cohorts is 80%. In 2017, GCC was awarded the title of “Chinese-Foreign Partner College with National Brand Competitiveness” at the eighth “Xinhua Education Forum” hosted by Xinhua Net. In 2021, GCC was elected as the  “Vice-Chair Member Organization of the Branch for Sino-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools under the Guangdong Association of Higher Education”.

（二）地理環境Location of GCC

太阳集团城网址83138地理位置優越，交通便捷。學校位于粵港澳大灣區東北部，坐落在廣州開發區中新廣州知識城的南部核心地帶。廣州開發區是全國綜合實力最強的國家級開發區，是廣州市改革開放的窗口，有100多家世界500強跨國公司在開發區投資設廠。中新廣州知識城是中國和新加坡合作打造、引領産業轉型升級的國家級雙邊合作項目，是引領珠三角地區乃至中國知識經濟發展的新高地。太阳集团城网址83138校園内部有直接對接的地鐵出口，新龍高鐵站距離我校約幾百米，未來乘坐高鐵直達白雲機場隻需10分鐘。良好的區位優勢，為學校人才培養和學生實踐就業提供了條件。

GCC enjoys a prime geographic location with convenient transportation links. The university is situated in the northeastern part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, within the southern core of the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, located in the Guangzhou Development District. This district is one of China’s most robust national-level economic development zones and serves as a significant window for Guangzhou’s reform and opening-up efforts, hosting manufacturing investments from over 100 Fortune Global 500 multinational companies. The Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City is a flagship national bilateral cooperation project jointly developed by China and Singapore. It is designed to lead industrial transformation and upgrading, and serves as a new frontier for the development of the knowledge economy in the Pearl River Delta and across China. GCC has a direct connection to a metro station, providing easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the Xinlong High-Speed Railway Station is located just a few hundred meters from the campus. In the near future, high-speed trains will enable travel from GCC to Baiyun International Airport in just 10 minutes. This advantageous location facilitates talent cultivation, student internships, and employment opportunities.

二、短期漢語進修生招生信息Admission Information for Short-term Chinese Language Students

學校為短期漢語進修生提供各種不同層次的漢語進修課程，旨在提高漢語水平的國際學生可申請入讀進修課程。

GCC offers a variety of Chinese language programs at different levels for short-term Chinese language students. International students aiming to improve their Chinese proficiency are welcome to apply for these programs.

●學制Program Duration：一學期One semester

● 收費标準Tuition Fees：

學費5000元/期（不包括新HSK考試費用）；

RMB 5,000 per semester (HSK exam fees not included);

教材費預收RMB 500元/生，按實際計費，多退少補。

Textbook deposit: RMB 500 per student (actual costs will be charged, and any balance will be refunded).

● 獎學金政策Scholarship Policy：面試通過，符合條件者可給予最高40%學費的獎學金。

Applicants who pass the interview and meet the eligibility criteria may receive a scholarship covering up to 40% of the tuition fee.

● 入學條件

Admission Requirements：年齡16周歲或以上，40周歲或以下，身心健康，具有相當于中國初中畢業或以上學曆且持有外國有效護照的非中國籍公民（未滿18周歲的申請人應有明确的在華監護人且需提交監護人保證書），通過學校組織的面試後擇優錄取。

Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens aged between 16 and 40, in good physical and mental health; Must hold a valid foreign passport and possess educational qualifications equivalent to or above graduation from a Chinese junior high school; Applicants under the age of 18 must have a designated guardian residing in China and submit a Guardian Guarantee Letter; Admission is based on a selective interview conducted by the university.

Students who meet the academic requirements will be awarded a Chinese Language Program Certificate from GCC.

三、短期漢語進修生開學及報名時間和申請流程Enrollment, Registration Dates, and Application Procedures for Short-term Chinese Language Students

● 開學時間Start Date

2025年10月開學（屆時以具體入學通知為準）。

The semester will begin in October 2025 (subject to the official admission notice).

● 報名時間Application Deadline

報名截止日期為2025年6月30日。

The application deadline is June 30, 2025.

● 申請流程Application Procedure

第一步: 聯系太阳集团城网址83138辦公室獲得《太阳集团城网址83138國際學生(非學曆生)入學申請表》，也可通過太阳集团城网址83138主頁上下載申請表;

Step 1: Contact the International College Office of GCC to obtain the “GCC International Student (Non-degree Program) Application Form”, or download the form from the college website.

第二步: 申請表和其他相關申請材料最遲在報名截止日前直接郵寄或通過E-Mail寄至太阳集团城网址83138辦公室，并繳納報名費200元/生，未被錄取或放棄錄取資格者，該費用不予退還；

Step 2: Submit the completed application form along with all required materials by mail or email to the International College Office before the application deadline. A non-refundable application fee of RMB 200 per student must be paid. This fee will not be refunded if the applicant is not admitted or forfeits admission.

第三步：通過報名材料初審，太阳集团城网址83138辦公室将通過郵件、短信等方式通知申請人按時參加學校組織的面試；

Step 3: After a preliminary review of the application materials, the International College Office will notify applicants via email, SMS, or other means to participate in an interview organized by the school.

第四步:面試後，太阳集团城网址83138辦公室對申請人進行入學資格和語言成績審核。審核通過後，發放《錄取通知書》和《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》（DQ表）。

Step 4: Following the interview, the International College Office will evaluate the applicant’s eligibility for admission and review their language proficiency. Upon approval, the “Admission Offer” and the “Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Coming to China” (Form DQ) will be issued.

四、其他信息（簽證、保險、住宿和就餐、聯系方式）Other Information (Visa, Insurance, Accommodation and Dining, Contact Information)

● 簽證Visa

申請人持《錄取通知書》、《外國留學人員來華簽證申請表》（DQ表）、《外國人體格檢查記錄》及護照到所在國的中國使（領）館辦理來華學習“X”簽證。

Applicants should bring the “Admission Offer”, “Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Coming to China” (Form DQ), “Foreigner Physical Examination Record”, and their passport to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their home country to apply for an “X” visa for studying in China.

● 保險Insurance

入學後統一購買保險，按照實際保險費用繳納。如開學後退學，本年度保險費用不能退款。

After enrollment, students are required to purchase insurance collectively through the college and pay according to the actual insurance cost. If a student withdraws from the program after the semester begins, the insurance fee for the academic year will not be refunded.
