On the morning of June 13, the signing ceremony of the cooperation project between Guangzhou College of Commerce and Singapore Educare Global Academy was held in Sino-Singapore Smart Park, Huangpu District. Leaders of Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, leaders of International College of GCC and representatives of teachers and students attended the signing ceremony. The cooperative project includes the first overseas teaching center established by GCC. The two universities will jointly set up courses in Singapore, provide students with courses of China elements, and jointly cultivate compound applicable talents with international vision, bilingual proficiency and cross-cultural communication skills.
